VIP Programme: Terms & Conditions

The VIP Programme is exclusively available to senior leaders within Multi-Academy Trusts, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Directors and Heads of Department.

All applications are subject to review by the Schools & Academies Show team to ensure eligibility criteria are met. Places on the programme are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity has been reached, applications will close.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via email within 48 hours of submission.

The Schools & Academies Show will contribute up to £50 towards travel expenses per participating Multi-Academy Trust.

Travel arrangements must be made directly by attendees. Reimbursement requests, including an invoice and valid receipts, must be submitted to the Schools & Academies Show team within two weeks of the event.

Please note that first-class rail travel and taxi fares are not eligible for reimbursement.

As a VIP attendee, you will receive a complimentary £10 lunch voucher, which can be collected from the VIP Lounge and redeemed at any food outlet within the venue.

VIP attendees will also have access to complimentary refreshments throughout the day within the VIP Lounge.

To maximise the value of attending, each VIP attendee may invite three or more colleagues from within their Multi-Academy Trust to join them as part of the VIP Teams Programme.

The programme includes:

• Up to £50 travel contribution per Multi-Academy Trust
• A complimentary lunch voucher for each registered team member
• Access to the full range of VIP Programme benefits and networking opportunities
