Travel Options
It is incredibly easy to get to the NEC via a variety of travel options.
By Car
The NEC is clearly signposted from major routes including the M42, M40 and M6. Use B40 1NT in your sat nav, then follow NEC signs for the Schools & Academies Show.
By Train
The NEC is a five-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station. Birmingham New Street is less than 15 minutes away by connecting train.
By Bus or Coach
Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily to Birmingham Airport, with numerous onward options to reach the NEC.
By Bike / On Foot
Use the shared cycle footpath route to Birmingham International Railway Station, then walk to the NEC. The route should take around 10 minutes.
By Plane
Take the free air-rail link from Birmingham Airport Terminal 1 to Birmingham International Railway Station. It runs every two minutes and takes 90 seconds.

Accessibility
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event environment for all attendees.
The NEC is accessible to wheelchair users via lifts and has wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities. Accessible toilets are available across the venue.
Changing Places facilities are available by Hall 20 on the Atrium side and by Hall 2 on the Piazza side.

Attending the SAASHOW is an excellent way to stay updated on industry advancements.
In total, we offer over 50 hours of CPD-certified content split across multiple theatres during the show.
As an accredited CPD provider, the SAASHOW team will email all attendees Certificates of Attendance post-event. It can take up to 30 days to process CPD information.
Registration
The show is free-to-attend for schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, colleges, universities, charities, not-for-profits, local and central government and the wider public sector.
Private sector tickets are available for £699 + VAT by selecting “private sector” as your attendee type.

Visitors will be able to access their unique QR code to print their badge via our ConnectEd Platform, which goes live to visitors 8 weeks before the event.
Venue Amenities
The NEC offers facilities and services to keep visitors connected and provide a comfortable venue experience.
All visitors can access free WiFi across the venue. There are multiple catering options available and cloakrooms can be found adjacent to each hall.
Cloakroom items are charged at £2 per coat and £3 per bag.
