Planning
You now have access to the Exhibitor Portal and Manual, which is your one-stop hub for everything you need to prepare for The Schools & Academies Show 2026. This access would have come from no-reply@ffair.io.
Inside, you’ll find key information, tasks and deadlines to help you get ready with ease. The manual is designed to make managing your event requirements straightforward and stress-free.
Inside the Exhibitor Portal, you’ll be able to:
- Access all exhibitor information for you and any appointed contractors in one clear, central place.
- Add your appointed contractors or onsite team members at any time, giving them direct access to the information they need, when they need it.
- Complete required forms and tasks online.
- Order services via the Exhibitor Web Shop to enhance your time at SAAS, including Wi-Fi, graphics and more.
- Receive live updates and important notifications as we move closer to show day.
If you’re ever unsure where to find something, or whether an action sits with you or a contractor, this should always be your first stop. You can also contact Client Relations for support.
Please contact your Account Manager, who will be able to discuss the available upgrade options with you.
Your exhibitor badge is in QR code form within the GovNet app for ConnectEd. Please scan this on arrival at registration to print your physical badge.
We’ve created a guide to help you use exhibition psychology, stand design principles and international engagement to maximise your impact and ensure your brand stands out.
Access GuideYou can access your dedicated Marketing Zone for promotional materials.
You can also access your tailored social media graphics through your exhibitor resources.
Once we receive your company information, we will be able to upload and showcase your company on the event website.
Exhibiting & Sponsoring
Log in to the SAAS Birmingham FFAIR portal to submit your company profile and logo. The main organiser for your company will receive a welcome email from the Client Relations Team, along with instructions for providing logos and company descriptions. Please complete and return all requested information promptly so we can feature your company on the event website and ConnectEd.
You can access your company exhibitor page through ConnectEd. Please ensure you register for your exhibitor badge before attempting to sign in.
We only allow one exhibitor profile per exhibitor stand package. If you would like to share your stand with a partner organisation, or have an additional profile on our online exhibitor list, then we offer a Stand Partner Upgrade Package for £2,500+VAT which includes an additional profile online, 2 x Stand Passes in addition to your existing allocation and the option to have an additional organisation on your existing size stand.
We strongly encourage sponsors to bring a School or MAT customer with them to share a case study and advise not to simply pitch your product to the audience. The visitors typically appreciate practical tips and techniques delivered by peers and experts.
However, we do not allow sponsors to bring other private sector companies on to their speaking slot. If you would like to bring an additional company onto your session, then please contact your account manager.
