Alongside this, VIBE: Digital supports aspiring and established leaders to grow confidence, creativity and self awareness through dynamic, on demand sessions.
Our National Transition Programme is now available across the UK, building on a model that has become a regular feature of transition in Scotland, where over 1,200 teachers signed up last year. Each school receives a free resource pack exploring confidence, kindness, resilience and change, culminating in We’re Off to Big School LIVE – a nationwide celebration packed with celebrity messages, myth busting, quizzes, prizes and just the right amount of chaos.
