TRAVEL COST SUPPORT

We understand that it’s hard for schools to manage travel costs right now, so we want to help make it easier for you to be a part of the show in Birmingham.

That’s why, for all public sector delegates registered prior to the 1st October 2025, we can provide a reimbursement of £25 on travel costs if you join us at the SAASHOW Birmingham this November.

How to Claim Your Travel Costs:
Terms & Conditions

The Schools & Academies Show will provide a reimbursement of £25 towards visitor travel costs. Travel bookings need to be made by visitors and charged back to the SAAS team with valid receipts within 14-days post-event.

Visitors must register prior to the 1st October 2025 to qualify for free travel.

*Please note, this excludes 1st Class Travel and taxi fares. 

FREE PARKING:

If you’re driving to the show, you can enjoy free parking on us! The closest free parking to the hall is East 1-4. Simply keep hold of your physical entry badge and show it when leaving the car park, the fee will then be paid by the show.
