We understand that it’s hard for schools to manage travel costs right now, so we want to help make it easier for you to be a part of the show at the Excel this May.
That’s why, for all public sector delegates who register before Easter 2026 and attend the show, we can provide a reiumbursement of £25 on travel costs to the Excel.

The Schools & Academies Show will provide a reimbursement of £25 towards visitor travel costs. Travel bookings need to be made by visitors and charged back to the SAAS team with an invoice and valid receipts within 14-days post-event (21st May 2026).
Visitors must register before Easter 2026 and attend the show to qualify for free travel. Visitors who meet this criteria will then be reimbursed by the SAASHOW post-event.
*Please note, this excludes 1st Class Travel and taxi fares.
