(1) For visitor’s to successfully apply for the Bring Your Team initiative, they must be representing a Multi-Academy Trust. All applications will be reviewed and approved internally.

(2) The closing date for the scheme is 19th April 2024.

(3) You can only apply for the scheme if you are a resident of the UK and Ireland, and you are aged eighteen (18) and over.

(4) For a valid registration, each registration must include their full name, job title, unique school email address, postal code and telephone number.

(5) Each MAT attending as part of the ‘Bring Your Team’ incentive will receive ONE free parking spot per Multi-Academy Trust. Once you have secured your group booking, simply get in touch and we will share a unique parking code which can be used to pre-book parking at the ExCeL. Please note that this is on a first serve basis and if you book a space and fail to show, you will be charged for the full parking space as these are limited.

(6) Every individual attending as part of the ‘Bring YourTeam’ incentive will receive a £10 lunch voucher which can be used at any of the food outlets at the ExCeL. Lunch vouchers can be collected at the SAAS Lounge (Stand D44).
